•  Affiliates will receive a commission on the first order placed by a client referred by the affiliate.

• Orders less than £100 do not qualify. However, if the client subsequently places a further order, commission will be paid on the value of that order plus the value of the first providing the sum of the two exceeds £100. If it doesn't then the next order will be taken into account and so on until the total of the combined orders is greater than £100.

• Where an order is split into two or more invoices, for example a website initial deposit followed by a final payment upon completion, then the commission will be paid split and paid on each invoice.

• Commission will be paid to the affiliate within 10 working days following day 10's receipt of the payment from the client.

• There is no limit to the number of people an affiliate can refer.

• Affiliates cannot refer business from themselves, their own company or any organization in which they have a substantial interest.

• Day 10 reserves the absolute right to rescind or terminate an affiliate's status without prior notice and for any reason in our sole and absolute discretion.
